Corporate Background
	The Company was formed in 2001 to design, manufacture and distribute DVR (Digital Video Recorder) Security and Surveillance Systems, by David K. Park, who was educated at the University of Tennessee, graduating with both a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Masters Degree in Applied Mathematics.   His over 20 years experience in US Industries as a Systems Analyst prepared him for the coming technological evolution of the Digital Video market place to a point where his vision for a DVR surveillance product became UMC, Inc. dba Unity ITS.   Much hard work over a period of ten years brought the company many successes, and a few disappointments, that are acknowledged by the level of industry respect it enjoys today.   UMC's growth is reflected in over 1,000 system installations all over the US and has positioned UMC as the leading Minority and/or Woman Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) designer, manufacturer and supplier of DVR Video Surveillance systems in the US.   UMC, now profitable and with a sustained track record, is looking at how to grow to the next level in our corporate evolution.  UMC now also has been certified as a Participant in the U.S. Small Business Administration's (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program and as a DBE by Georgia Department of Transportation (GA DOT). It is also a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB)
