Installation Guide

*** Hardware ***

1. Put the capture card(s) into the PCI slot
2. Reboot the system
3. System detects the new card
4. Press Cancel ( two times for Econo board or eight times for Pro board)
5. Put the enclosed CD (UniWatch CD) into the CD ROM.
6. Install the UniWatch software

*** Software for Main UniWatch Server ***

1. Click on "start" and select "run"
2. Click on "Browse"
3. Select the correct directory for the CD ROM
4. Select the 102003 Directory
5. Select Setup.exe
6. Click on "Open"
7. Click on "OK"
8. "Preparing Set Up" will be displayed
9. Click on "Next" in UniWatch Digital Video Recording System screen
10. Accept the Terms of the License agreement and click on "Next"
11. Select Custom (Default) and click on "Next"
12. Click on "Next" with Default (If necessary, change directory)
13. Click on "Next" with Default - Do not Check for Zone Server(Second one) or Single Client (Fourth one).
14. Click on "Install"
15. Click on "Finish" in InstallShield Wizard Complete
16. UniWatch Admin Tool screen will pop up
17. Change the Archive Space (Last Column) as you want by pressing up/down
black triangle and press "OK".
18. Message will be "You are about to change" press "Yes"
19. Reboot the system
20. The system will detect the new hardware again
21. Press "Continue anyway" ( two times for Econo board or eight times for Pro board) for Windows XP or "Do you want to continue the installation"
22. Enter the product ID which is supplied with the board.
23. You are running a surveillance system now.
24. Your default password is "0"

*** Software for Single Client Server ***

1. Everything is same as Main server up to #12.
Check only on the box for the Single client server (uncheck/blank all other check boxes) and press "Next"
2. Click on "Install"
3. Click on "Finish" in InstallShield Wizard Complete

*** Software for Zone Server ***

1. Everything is same as Main server up to #12.
Check only on the box for the Zone server (uncheck/blank all other check boxes) and press "Next"
2. Click on "Install"
3. Click on "Finish" in InstallShield Wizard Complete
*** If the main server has a dynamic(private) IP address, you must install the Zone server on the computer which has the Static(Public) IP. After that, You can login from the zone server to your main server.

*** Software Removal ***

1. Run Uninstall program from UniWatch Directory or Program list.
2. Select "Remove all" and click "Next"
3. Click on "Yes" and "Finish"
Default Password is "0"

*** Minimum System Requirement ***

1. OS: Windows XP or 2000 Professional
2. CPU: Pentium 4 with 2.0 GHz Up
3. Main Board: Prefer to use Intel Mother Board with Intel Chipset
D845 EBG2 or Higher / Must be equivalent to this mother board for other brands
4. RAM: 256Mb
5. VGA: ATI Radeon Graphics Card(128Mb) 9000 Up
